Today was nice. I woke up late (9:30 a.m.) and went downstairs to join the rest of my family. We did various things like read the paper and watch the morning news. Typical Sunday for us.
At around 12:30 we decided to go to the county fair. Unfortunately, when we got there, it was being pack up which was a real bummer 🙁
But that didn’t stop us from enjoying the day. We went out to eat at Red Robin (I love that place! 😀 ) where we had an enjoyable meal.
Afterwards, we took a look at some RVs. There were a lot of nice ones which was cool. We’re just looking for now but it’s nice to consider the options. It’ll be mainly my parents using it (because I’ll be off on my own adventures).
We went home and spent the afternoon relaxing. I alternated between watching baseball (Yes, I keep up with sports) and reading my book (Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare ).
And that’s pretty much it.
What is your mind?
Lots of things I guess. I’m hoping I can get the WordPress theme I’ve been working on up to my standards. I miss being at school and can’t wait to go back. I can’t wait to be a more productive member of society again. How to keep preventing spam from here. My wrists are sore from typing.
What is making you anxious? Are the things on your mind making you anxious?
I’m anxious to get back to school. I miss my friends and I kind of miss being on my own. I miss going to class. There’s a class that I can’t wait to get out of the way. I wish August would hurry up and get here.
What is making, or will make, you smile?
My dogs, my family, just being on here and in my element.
Did you make any difficult decisions today?
Not really. I’m glad I didn’t have to use my brain much today.
Is there anything that you have realized that will make things difficult for you soon?
I need to study up on Java. I need to stay sharp so I won’t be lost when I go back to class. I remember a lot of the stuff, I just need to review and solidify it.
What is something new that happened today?
Well my friend and I are starting to plan out our vacation for spring break. We’ve decided to go back to Savannah. We talked about what we would do and where we would stay. It’s still a long ways away but I’m really excited.
What are some positive things that happened today?
I got to have a really nice lunch. I got to sleep in. I didn’t have to worry too much today.
What can you do to help yourself relax short-term?
Meditating. Watching some of my favorite shows. Read. Exercise.
